My name is Asila Moghadam, and it’s a pleasure to introduce myself. 2016, I began my journey with Pinnacle Montessori in Frisco as the Head of School. By 2018, I was honored to step into the role of Regional Director, and in 2019, I advanced to Vice President of Operations, overseeing all Pinnacle Montessori operations. Today, I’m proud to also serve as the owner of Pinnacle Montessori of Main in Custer, as well as a second thriving location on Coit Road. I lead successful academic programs at both campuses, dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care and education in the McKinney and Frisco areas.”

As both an educator and a mother, I truly understand the emotions, questions, and expectations that come with entrusting your child’s education to someone else. With over 15 years of experience owning and operating a thriving educational facility, I bring a well-rounded background that spans early childhood education to executive leadership.

My journey began as a Montessori teacher, where I had the privilege of teaching at both the Primary and Elementary levels in several highly respected schools. That foundation has guided me throughout my career, allowing me to stay deeply connected to the heart of education, children, and their unique potential.

In a field that is constantly evolving, I remain dedicated to continuous professional development and to delivering the highest standards of care and education. My mission is to support children, empower families, and cultivate a nurturing, professional environment for our staff. I am committed to serving the Frisco and McKinney communities with a robust educational program grounded in the Montessori philosophy and delivered with compassion, love, and respect.

Watching a child light up with joy and confidence as they master a new skill is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. As a former teacher, I am equally passionate about creating a workplace where my colleagues can thrive, growing together as a team, united in purpose and care.
