Esia Mercado earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2012 and began her career working in licensed childcare centers, where she developed a strong foundation in early childhood education and care. In 2014, she joined Pinnacle Montessori as Assistant Director and spent the next nine years supporting the school’s growth, students, families, and staff with dedication and professionalism.

Committed to continuous learning and excellence in education, Esia earned her Director Credential in 2015 and completed her NAMC Montessori Diploma in 2020. Her educational background and hands-on experience have strengthened her leadership and deepened her understanding of the Montessori philosophy. In October 2023, Esia proudly stepped into the role of Director at Pinnacle Montessori. With nearly a decade of experience within the school, she brings strong leadership, a passion for early childhood education, and a deep commitment to creating a nurturing and enriching learning environment.

Esia’s connection to Pinnacle Montessori is also personal. As a parent of two children who completed the Infant, Toddler, Pre-Primary, and Primary programs at the school, she has experienced firsthand the impact of the Montessori approach and the supportive community that Pinnacle Montessori provides. Under her leadership, Pinnacle Montessori continues to thrive as a place where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow with confidence and independence.
