Our DIRECTOR​

Harneet Soor

I have been passionately associated with Montessori education since 2008, dedicating myself to fostering early childhood development and supporting educators. She holds a dual role as an Early Childhood Instructor and an Independent Field Consultant at the Montessori Teacher Education Institute of Atlanta (MTEI), a position she has held since 2017.

Professional Experience:

  • Director: Harneet serves as the Director at Pinnacle Montessori Academy of Cumming, where she plays an instrumental role in guiding and supporting teachers, students, and school families.
  • Education Director: She previously worked as the Education Director for Stepping Stone Montessori Schools in Sugar Hill and Cumming, bringing 7 months of additional experience as an Assistant Director.
  • Lead Montessori Guide: Over 14 years, Harneet has worked as a Lead Montessori Guide, helping shape countless young minds with her expertise in Montessori principles.

Academic & Professional Credentials:

  • AMS Certification: Harneet earned her AMS (American Montessori Society) certification, accredited by MACTE, in Early Childhood Education at AMTEI in 2008.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (Honors) from India.
  • Workshops & Presentations: Harneet has hosted numerous school events, Parent Education Nights on Montessori education, and conducted a teacher training workshop at MTEI in 2021.
