Pinnacle Montessori Franchise

History

PMA HISTORY

Founded in 2006, Pinnacle Montessori Academy was born from the shared vision of Kaki Reddy and Alex Freeman—two passionate advocates of the Montessori philosophy. Their goal was simple yet powerful: to create an enriching, child-centered learning environment that nurtures independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. They opened their first school in Murphy, Texas, laying the cornerstone for what would soon become a trusted name in early childhood education.

Driven by their commitment to excellence and guided by the core principles of the Montessori method, Kaki and Alex quickly turned their single school into a model of success. Over the next decade, their dedication and hands-on leadership paved the way for expansion—first through multiple company-owned locations, and eventually through a carefully structured franchise model designed to replicate their high standards across new communities.

Today, Pinnacle Montessori Academy stands as a testament to what passion and purpose can achieve. With a growing network of schools, the brand continues to empower educators and inspire young minds while maintaining the personalized care and educational integrity that started it all. For Kaki and Alex, it’s more than a business—it’s a legacy built on shaping the future, one child at a time.

By combining her architectural skills and her passion for education services, Kaki designed a building that is modern, efficient, low cost and safe for children. Kaki’s experiences in operations and management established many of the processes and procedures that are in place today.
