The school presents itself as Montessori, but none of the teachers in our child\\u2019s classroom had prior Montessori training or experience. We were told they recently started an online Montessori training program, but the training will take several years to complete. For us, that was a major concern because we enrolled expecting an established Montessori environment with trained Montessori teachers.  We also rarely saw actual Montessori lessons being given, and shelf work was not consistently rotated.  On several occasions, we were also surprised to see the classroom teacher holding up an iPad while the children watched a video that lasted several minutes. This was not what we expected from a Montessori classroom and was particularly disappointing given the way the program is presented to families.  We also had concerns about transparency and leadership. The education chair (Ms. Luana) was let go several weeks ago, yet the school\\u2019s website still lists her as though she is currently employed there. While the director is nice, we did not feel there was the level of experienced leadership or confidence needed run the school.  She also has no Montessori training herself.  Overall, we felt there was a significant gap between how the school presents its Montessori program and what was actually happening in the classroom. Ms.Amita is very friendly and both the teachers are great at handling kids gently and patiently .we could see a lot of difference in our son after joining here ..
