Our experience with the Pre-K class, led by Mrs. Ivonne and Mrs. Jessie, was excellent. They consistently followed the Montessori philosophy, maintained a structured classroom, and genuinely cared about the children\\u2019s growth. Our oldest son learned so much and loved going to school.  Unfortunately, our experience with the 2-year-old classroom was very different. There was a high turnover of teachers, very little structure, and no clear leadership in the classroom. The teachers often seemed overwhelmed, and during drop-off I frequently had to wait outside because only one teacher was trying to manage the class. My 2-year-old cried almost every morning and did not want to go into his classroom. At pickup, he would often tell me, \\u201cTeacher yelled at me,\\u201d which was heartbreaking to hear as a parent.  The classroom did not seem to follow a consistent curriculum. Montessori materials were often put away instead of being accessible to the children, and I rarely observed circle time or meaningful learning activities. During rainy weather, the children used the gym, but despite having a large space available, there appeared to be very limited activities for the toddlers\\u2014often only a few small toys, such as 2\\u20133 balance bikes, for the children to use.  We paid extra for live camera access and were disappointed by what we saw\\u2014children fighting, biting, crying, or wandering with little engagement from staff. The school also advertises a parent app for daily updates, but it was rarely used in our son\\u2019s classroom. We seldom received photos and daily activities were often not documented.  Communication was also poor. Teachers often couldn\\u2019t tell us how our son\\u2019s day went, and when I inquired about potty training and signed up for a parent-teacher conference, no one ever followed up. My son also came home with multiple skin rashes and was sent home in diapers that didn\\u2019t belong to him on more than one occasion.  We also experienced a few billing issues, with our tuition being charged incorrectly.  The facility itself is beautiful and new, but for the price, I expected much better organization, communication, and consistency. If your child is in the Pre-K class with Mrs. Ivonne and Mrs. Jessie, I believe they\\u2019ll have a great experience. Pros: -Brand new, clean facility with a large indoor gym for inclement weather. -Camera access (for a fee) lets parents view the classroom throughout the day -Maria was always professional, kind, and clearly cared about the children. -Teachers-It was evident my son&#039;s teachers genuinely cared for him and poured their hearts into supporting both him and the rest of the class. Unfortunately, many of those dedicated teachers have since left.  Cons: Montessori\\\/Curriculum: Despite being advertised as Montessori, there were no Montessori certified leads, and most classrooms functioned like a daycare rather than a school. Only one or two rooms consistently followed a curriculum. After more than a year, my son only developed social skills but received very little academic enrichment.  Supplies &amp; Activities: Many classrooms lacked toys, trays, and structured activities, leading to excessive idle time. Teachers often purchased supplies themselves, and I donated puzzles to my son&#039;s class. Arts and crafts abruptly stopped, leaving many classrooms bare. Although concerns were repeatedly raised with management and corporate, improvements were minimal.  Unequal Classrooms: Daisy classroom, led by Ms. Ivonne and Ms. Jessie (my son loves them both!), consistently have engaging activities, decorations, and followed the curriculum. This is the classroom you mainly will see posted on their social media pages. It showcased what I expected from a Montessori program, but it was the exception rather than the standard.  I asked multiple times why this classroom was the exception, as none of the other classrooms reflected the same environment. I never received a clear answer. It left me with the impression that the 2- 3 year old classrooms were not receiving the same level of attention, resources, or investment.  Communication: Communication from leadership was inconsistent. Classroom changes, staffing updates, and event details were often not shared unless parents asked. The new co-director, Dazha, has recently improved communication with newsletters, which is a positive step.  Corporate Response: I expressed my concerns to corporate who acknowledged that there were no Montessori leads and even suggested possibly having a training for their teachers to get certified but that never came to fruition. When asked about the lack of toys in the trays, I was informed that kids were breaking them so they took them away. They said they would work on addressing my concerns and the children might be divided into smaller groups to create a more manageable environment but again there was no delivery on their promises.  Staffing: Frequent turnover and classrooms operating at max ratios made it difficult for teachers to adequately supervise children. I witnessed behaviors and safety concerns being missed because staff were overwhelmed.  Parent-Teacher Communication: I was told my son&#039;s teacher was not allowed to communicate with me during drop-offs, which was concerning. I was also told monthly conference calls would be scheduled to discuss my son&#039;s progress and classroom behavior, but those never occurred. Instead, the teacher continued updating me during drop-offs. At the same time, Marie had no issue discussing me with staff, including saying that I complain about everything. Advocating for my son and ensuring he is in a safe, nurturing, and positive educational environment should not be viewed negatively. My goal has always been to work collaboratively with the school in my child&#039;s best interest.  Overall, I stayed for over a year hoping things would improve because the facility has great potential. Unfortunately, I saw little meaningful change, which ultimately led me to withdraw my son. He is now 18 months old and in the Poppy class with Ms. Veronica and Ms. Ava. We get so many pictures during the day of all the wonderful things they do. They have the most fun planned activities that coincide with that weeks curriculum, even during the summer months! We love having camera access to peak in and see what our son is doing. As a first time parent this camera access gives us a lot of piece of mind but we trust this school and their teachers with the health and safety of our son. He has severe peanut and egg allergies and they are peanut and nut free. They ensure the room is clean and he is away from children eating eggs for breakfast. They take feedback well and the director Ms. Maria and Ms. Marie are wonderful and take time to say hello and greet each child by name. There is also great communication when there are incidents as they do happen with very active little ones who are learning to live amongst eachother. My son would always come home in other people\\u2018s diapers that I did not bring even when sent in underwear I know this delayed his potty training progress he would do great at home for a few days then go back to square one once being at daycare. I even got a message in the app that one of the teachers had felt that she was being discriminated against before quitting. I also had a teacher say that they don\\u2019t provide enough food for the classrooms and that they were told to keep it hush-hush. I myself did not ender this because I brought my son\\u2018s lunch every day, but I feel for those who don\\u2019t bring lunch as I started to get more red flags.
