Hello! My name is Maria Cruz, and I am honored to serve as the Director of Pinnacle Montessori of Saginaw. I am excited to begin this new journey in Montessori education and look forward to partnering with families as we help children grow, learn, and thrive.

With over 14 years of experience in early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to creating safe, positive, and nurturing environments where children feel valued, families feel supported, and educators work together with a shared purpose. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about building strong relationships with children and their families while fostering a welcoming school community built on trust and respect.

I believe that open, honest, and professional communication is the foundation of a successful partnership between home and school. By working closely with parents, we can support every child’s unique developmental journey and help them build the confidence, independence, and love of learning that will benefit them for years to come.
