Summer at our Montessori school provides children with an incredible opportunity to engage in hands-on learning within a nurturing and supportive environment. Whether a child has previous Montessori experience or is discovering Montessori for the first time, our summer program is designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Within the familiar structure of the Montessori environment and under the guidance of our specially trained educators, children are encouraged to explore topics that already spark their interest while also discovering new experiences and opportunities. Our individualized approach allows each child to learn in a way that aligns with their unique learning style, helping them build skills and understanding at a pace that supports their cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development.
Throughout the summer, children participate in meaningful, hands-on activities that encourage exploration and discovery. They learn about gardening, caring for the earth, growing produce, and harvesting and preparing food. These real-world experiences help children develop responsibility, independence, and a deeper appreciation for nature and their environment.
Our students also enjoy opportunities to collaborate and build friendships through cooperative games, group activities, outdoor adventures, and exciting water play experiences. These activities promote teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and social development while ensuring that children have plenty of fun throughout the summer.
We strive to create a summer program that is relaxed, welcoming, educational, and engaging for children of various ages. Families quickly become part of our Montessori community, and children benefit from continuing the positive learning habits established during the school year.
